We stand by every gram we ship — but if something’s not right, here’s how to return it.

🕐 Return window

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging — folded like you received it, with any tags and extras included.

We don’t accept returns after 14 days. 

📦 How to return

To initiate a return, send us an email at tungbomull@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll take it from there. 

At this stage, we’re not running an automated return portal. Everything goes through us — human, slow, and deliberate. You will also have to pay for your own return. 

🔁 Exchanges / Store credit

We don’t currently offer automated exchanges. If you want a different size or item, return your original product for a refund and place a new order separately.

Store credit can be arranged on request, if that’s your thing. Just mention it in the email.

⚠️ Notes & disclaimers

  • All items must be returned in original condition.

  • Shipping costs are not refunded.

  • We cannot refund duties or taxes paid at import.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit — hold on to your tracking.

  • Make sure your shipping address was correct — we can’t refund undeliverable orders.

🧦 Exceptions

No exceptions, even if they’re heavy.
